You can correct any of it. In chat by saying so, or directly on the pet's page. Corrections stick; superseded facts retire.
You can take it with you. Exports put the whole record in your hands, readable and machine-readable, whenever you like.
Nobody sees it without your say-so. Sharing is explicit: care circle invitations you send, vet access you approve section by section, guest links that expire on their own.

And one quieter promise: the record survives life's changes. A new phone, a new country, a new vet, even goodbye — nothing starts over.
