Petus remembers so you never start over: names, ages, quirks, diets, what you've already tried. Every remembered fact is visible, and every one can be corrected.

How remembering works

Facts come from conversation. Mention once that Maple gets car-sick, and every travel suggestion from then on accounts for it.
New facts replace old ones. "She's four now" retires "three". The record keeps the current truth, not a pile of contradictions.
Memory shapes everything else. Food checks respect the allergy you mentioned in March; meal plans skip the protein that failed its diet trial.

Correcting it
