Photos: what Petus can see
Send a photo in chat and Petus reads it against your pet's history.
A photo often says what words can't. Send one in chat and Petus reads it alongside your pet's species, age, and history.
| A photo of | What you get | More |
|---|---|---|
| Skin, coat, an eye, teeth | What it sees and how serious it looks | Skin, eye & dental checks |
| Stool | A score on the scale vets use | Stool & body condition |
| Your pet from above and the side | A body condition score | Stool & body condition |
| A food label | A safety read for your pet's species | Food safety & toxin checks |
| The bowl | What's in it and roughly how much | Analyze a meal photo |
| A short walking video | A lameness read | Gait check |
Better photos get better answers: get close, hold steady, prefer daylight, and send two angles when you can.
If a photo is too dark or blurry to judge, Petus says so and errs toward caution rather than guessing.
If something in a photo worries you, Photo triage explains the verdicts you'll get and the rules behind them.
