The rules underneath
- Emergency signs always escalate. No exceptions.
- A poor photo is uncertainty, not reassurance. Too dark or too blurry to judge leans the verdict toward "see a vet soon", never toward "fine".
- A second look can raise urgency, never lower it. The cautious answer always wins.
