Problem list, meds & allergies
The clinical spine of the record — current, exact, never silently changed.
These are the three lists a vet reads first, kept in a state a vet can trust.
The problem list
Conditions, each marked active, managed, or resolved, so "she had that as a puppy" and "she has this now" never blur.
Medications
- Every medication keeps its dose and schedule.
- Mark given records who gave it and when. In a household with more than one pair of hands, that line settles the nightly "did you…?" debate.
- The double-dose guard: if someone already marked tonight's pill, the next person is warned before they can mark it again.
- Daily medications keep a simple given/missed history, visible without nagging.
Allergies
Recorded once, respected everywhere: food checks, meal plans, and product suggestions all read the allergy list first. And whenever the record is shared with a vet, allergies are always included, whatever else you choose to share.
None of these lists changes silently. Whether a fact arrives from a chat mention or an uploaded document, Petus confirms with you before writing.
