Track a spot over time
The record makes the second photo worth more than the first. Send a new photo of the same spot and ask Petus to compare: "is the lump bigger than last month?" gets answered against last month's photo, not against memory.
For close-ups, fill the frame: one eye, one patch of skin, one side of the mouth. A whole-face photo asks Petus to judge three things from none of them clearly.
