Video consults
Coming soonOpening soon — a licensed vet on video, with your pet's story already in hand.
Opening soon: when a question needs a professional, you reach a licensed vet without leaving Petus, and without starting the story over.
Why it works differently
Everywhere else, a video consult starts with "so, what seems to be the problem?" A Petus consult starts prepared: with your say-so, the vet reads the case before you meet — the history, the photos, the trends, and what Petus already found. Because the vet arrives prepared:
- Short waits. Your own vets see the case first; if none are online, it goes to available vets licensed where your pet lives. The first to accept takes it.
- Shorter sessions. The vet spends the consult on judgment, not intake — one flat fee per consult.
- Answers that stay. The vet's advice lands in your pet's timeline, next to everything that led to it.
Choose the shape
| You want | You get |
|---|---|
| An answer without a call | Send a written question; a vet replies in their own time |
| A conversation | Book a video slot that suits you |
| A vet now | The next available vet, case in hand |
Most questions never need a consult: Petus answers them free. When one does, prescriptions (where local rules allow) and specialists carry their own fees, and anything hands-on is referred to a clinic.
Until launch, Petus preps your visits, finds clinics, and when something is urgent, says so plainly.
