Apply for professional access

Open the partner application and choose Individual veterinary professional. Use the email you intend to use for Petus. Enter your professional details, registration number, country, and registering authority; US applicants also select the state of registration.

A person reviews the application. Creating an account or a public directory profile does not by itself approve veterinary access. Sign in with the email associated with your application when opening Petus Vet.

While your application is being reviewed

The limited portal shows records that owners have explicitly shared with you. Each share has its own permissions and expiry. The full professional portal and Scribe require approved professional access.

If access looks wrong, check that you signed in with the application email. Contact support if you need help linking your approval to an existing account.

Choose your next task

• Read an owner's record: open Patients. Shared records appear after owner approval. See requesting record access.
• Record or draft a note: open Scribe. Its subscription, recording permission, and consent steps are separate.
• Work in a clinic: ask your practice owner or admin for an invitation. Practice access is separate from personal veterinary approval.
• Update your public listing: use My services.

Consultations and their earnings workflow are upcoming. Approval does not mean the consultation network is open.

Keep your account ready

Keep your professional details current. Two-step verification is available in account settings. Share your own account with nobody; each member of a practice should sign in separately with their assigned role.
