Onboarding your practice
Apply, get approved, set up your team.
Apply
Submit a partner application at petus.ai/partners/apply with your practice name and address. One application per practice.
Review
A person reviews the application. Approval creates your workspace, and the applicant becomes the practice owner.
Set your location
Confirm the practice address and timezone. The timezone matters: schedules, day boards, and reports run on practice-local time.
Invite your team
Add members and assign roles — see Team & roles. Vets verify their registration individually; verification belongs to the person, not the practice.
Onboarding is opening gradually. If your practice is not yet eligible, write to us and we will hold your place.
