Retrieve your signed clinical copies in Petus Vet and understand how they differ from owner-shared history and private Scribe drafts.
Open My records in the professional portal to find your retained clinical copies. This is separate from the notes list in Scribe. A draft or a reviewed Scribe note does not become a signed clinical record automatically.
Signing a consult answer writes an immutable provider copy: a self-contained document with a print-ready rendering and a SHA-256 fingerprint.
Custody guarantees

Custody never pauses with the product: your copies stay retrievable even while consultations are paused.
Signed work is append-only. A correction is an addendum to the record, never an edit.
Your obligations
Keep your credentials current. Records you retrieve from custody are for your own professional record-keeping and your regulator — handle them under your usual confidentiality duties.
