What's new: a clearer, warmer Petus
A fresh look across Petus, an interactive care tour and clearer ways to explore your pet’s history, the shop and the portrait studio.

You remember the food that did not agree with your dog. You have a photo of the vet's notes somewhere. The next vaccination is in the calendar, and someone in the household knows when the last tablet was given.
Petus brings those pieces closer together. Today, we're introducing a new look across the website and app that makes that connection easier to see, with a warmer welcome and clearer pages on your phone and computer.
Meet the new Petus
The new homepage starts with the relationship at the heart of all this: you and your best friend. There are new pet photographs, clearer type and more room for the things you came to do. Advice, health history, reminders and shared care appear together, so you can see how one part supports the next.
If you already use Petus, you'll recognise the same care tools in the refreshed app. Conversations, pet records and the Journal now share the new visual style, with clearer navigation and a more consistent layout.
See how the pieces connect
A pet-care platform is most useful when you can understand what it does for an ordinary day. We've rebuilt the Features page around an interactive tour you can explore at your own pace.
Follow an example from a question into the relevant health history. Look through a record, see how a lab result sits in a trend, or explore a reminder and a shared-care view. Each example is labelled, so you can try the tour before adding any of your own pet's information.
These are connections within Petus's existing care tools. The redesign gives them a clearer introduction: guidance can draw on the details saved about your pet, while records and reminders help you keep track of what happened and what comes next.
That matters for small, recurring questions as much as bigger ones. When your dog's food changes, the diet on their record provides useful context for the next conversation. When you need to look back at a result, keeping the document with their history makes it easier to find the original.
Bring useful context to the next appointment
The new page for clinics shows how Petus can help organise the information around a visit, with an example patient record, dated notes and source documents.
Owners can invite a veterinary professional to view shared clinical records. Access is read-only, limited to the sections shared, and can be withdrawn. Private conversations and Journal entries stay outside that professional view.
The aim is practical: make the history available, so the appointment can spend more time on the questions that matter.
A little more of life with your pet
You'll also find clearer routes to Petus Shop, which now has its own home for browsing food, outdoor gear and other everyday essentials. We've given the pet portrait studio a fresh look too, with examples that help you find a style for your favourite photo.
The new experience is live. Take the tour, or try a first question about food, nutrition or behaviour without creating an account. If you're already part of Petus, open your conversation and pick up where you left off.
